Minor in Irish Language & Literature
The Department houses a minor in Irish Language and Literature, which allows students to develop their understanding of Irish society, culture, and politics.
To qualify for a minor in Irish language and literature, you must:
1. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Irish language (by passing Intermediate Irish and Advanced Irish Translation IRLL/IRST- 20103 and IRLL- 20203).
2. Complete 3 courses offered by the Department of Irish Language & Literature, 2 of which must be literature courses at the 300/400 level.
No capstone essay required.
